The roots of the firm can be traced back to 1985, where Mr Peter Theofanous started his initial practice, Peter Alexander & Co. The personalised service that clients receive has meant many long-lasting working relationships have been formed.
The firm is now led by Theo Yiangou, as company director, with Mr Theofanous continuing on a consultancy basis. Theo has worked at various firms in North and Central London, specialising in dealing with small and medium sized entities. He holds developing and maintaining strong relationship with clients to be of upmost importance whilst ensuring a high level of professionalism.

ACCOUNTS PREPARATION
It is a requirement for companies and those who are self employed to have up to date accounts. We prepare accounts using both traditional accounting methods as well as from cloud accounting software such as XERO and QuickBooks. However, this is not the end of the story. We then use these to help you make informed business decisions. This is the most important bit.
CORPORATION TAX
We relieve the burden of corporation tax administration ensuring full compliance with ever changing legislation. We work to mitigate corporation tax liabilities by determining the most tax efficient structure for our clients. We can help to optimise tax reliefs and exemptions in a way that is tailored to our clients. We will also act on their behalf in any discussions with HMRC.
SELF-ASSESSMENT
We prepare and file personal tax returns for our clients, advising them on their personal tax payments. We work to maximise your tax allowances and reliefs from earnings and in turn, your personal wealth. The structure of your affairs has a huge impact on the tax you pay so it is essential that a tax efficient strategy is in place. We can help with this.
VAT & BOOKKEEPING
We prepare and file VAT Returns, which are usually required to be submitted quarterly to HMRC and fully compliant with MTD. We ensure that your bookkeeping and records are kept up to date. We can visit your premises to process your work or set up remote access on cloud software such as XERO and QuickBooks. Outsourcing your bookkeeping to us will reduce the burden on you, allowing you to concentrate on growing your business. We can provide registered offices for clients and can liaise directly with Companies House on all aspects of filing and reporting. This will include appointments and resignations of directors, share allotments, transfers and certificates.
